Bill Thomas (Rowell) Clients Legal Options
After researching the laws of Maine, New Hampshire,
and Massachusetts, we have come to the conclusion
that the only option for Bill Thomas (Rowell)
clients will be to file a small claims case either
in your local district court or Cumberland County
District Court in Portland, Maine (where he is
incarcerated).
Be advised that you should wait until AFTER
your contracted date before filing your claim.
Here is the
state of Maine guide for Small Claims cases.
Clients of Thomas & Company may continue to contact Jim Casey or
Mike Mahoney at the MDJN at (207) 221-0441 for

Bill Thomas (Rowell) Clients
We are continuing or efforts to help those affected
by the Bill Rowell situation (aka Bill Thomas). As
of Tuesday July 3rd, we have assisted at least 15 of
his former clientele to find an available DJ
Entertainer. This is a great start, but there is
still much more work to be done.
One of the brides forwarded MDJN an email
sent by a rogue figure---

Subject: If you hired Bill Rowell Thomas to be
your DJ
http://www.fosters.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070628/NEWS0104/70628021
If you had yet
to hire him, look elsewhere.
If you already
hired him, your $$ is likely gone unless
there's still time to put a stop on your
checks.
I know nothing
about the DJs he worked with... My
assumption is that they are reputable and
quite shocked and embarrassed by all this.
Call me a
little bird... Just wanting to give you a
heads up so you can make other
arrangements. I can't imagine being a bride
who hired him right now...
Best of luck to
you all...
