Tax Reform Scrapped By People's Veto
LD 1495, a compromise bill passed by the Maine
Legislature and signed by Gov. John Baldacci, has
offically been defeated soundly at the polls.
This means that sales tax will NOT have to collected
by DJ services in the state of Maine.
